Sweet and juicy strawberries filled with a delicious cheesecake mixture, perfect for any occasion.

- 18–24 large strawberries
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese (softened)
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Prep the Strawberries: Cut off the stems and slice them in half lengthwise, trimming a small sliver off the back to sit upright. Hollow out the center with a melon baller.
- Beat the Whipping Cream: In a bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form, about 5-7 minutes.
- Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and optional lemon juice in another bowl and beat until smooth.
- Combine the Mixtures: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture until well combined.
- Pipe the Filling: Transfer the cheesecake filling to a piping bag and pipe into each hollowed strawberry half.
- Garnish: Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of each filled strawberry.
- Serve and enjoy: Arrange the Deviled Strawberries on a platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.
